Terms of Service & Operational Governance

1. Acceptance of Terms & Master Subscription

By accessing or deploying the SentinelOps platform (including cloud SaaS, hybrid gateway, and air-gapped sovereign instances), your organization ('Client' or 'Tenant') agrees to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a financial institution, state-owned enterprise (BUMN), or government body, you warrant that you possess the requisite corporate authority.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Commitments

CTARTech guarantees an uptime of 99.95% for Enterprise SaaS instances hosted within Indonesian cloud regions. In the event of an unscheduled platform disruption exceeding contracted thresholds, service credits will be applied in accordance with Schedule A of your B2B enterprise contract. Air-gapped deployments are governed by on-site engineering maintenance protocols.

3. Cryptographic Integrity & Anti-Tampering Mandate

SentinelOps enforces SHA-256 block hashing on all incident tickets, RCA approvals, and operational handovers. Clients and their authorized staff agree not to bypass, reverse-engineer, simulate synthetic verification, or manipulate audit records. Any intentional disruption of cryptographic chain integrity constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate administrative suspension.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licensing

All software, AI Pattern Radar algorithms, Rust gateway micro-engines, and system documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of PT CTARTech Digital Nusantara. Community Edition components are licensed under Business Source License (BSL 1.1). Enterprise and Air-Gapped licenses grant non-exclusive, non-transferable deployment rights within the client's corporate perimeter.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Neither party shall disclose confidential technical parameters, incident telemetry, topology blueprints, or security vulnerability assessments without prior written consent. This confidentiality obligation survives for a period of five (5) years following subscription termination.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be settled amicably, or failing which, through arbitration under the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) in Jakarta.
